One of the classics of Chinese Medicine states that people have the ability to live to over to 100. Qigong exercises are gentle and effective movements that combine posture, breath, and visualization to address specific health concerns as well as promote longevity. Learn the principles of qigong and a set of qigong exercises that will strengthen your body and internal organs as well as release toxins and stress.  This is class 1 of an ongoing series in Medical Qigong; however, this class can also be taken as a stand alone class for people who are interested in learning Medical Qigong. Class will be Jan 14-15, 2017 in NYC.

Class offers 13 NCCAOM PDA/CEU. Course fee is $300 with 1 month advance registration.
