What you will learn from this two day course...
- Anatomy of common orthopedic conditions of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand
- Clinical reasoning & assessment of patient, including goal setting and rehab progressions
- Manual interventions & exercise interventions as applied through yin and yang
- Case study & research, review of literature/proper documentation for insurance reimbursement

The shoreline of Connecticut is graced by the Long Island Sound, its ambiance includes a little something for every taste.

The Main Street area sports an award-winning book store, an arts cinema, and some of Connecticut’s finest restaurants and boutiques. In addition, the town green hosts a variety of summer art and craft fairs, antique shows, and musical performances. 

One mile from The Scranton Seahorse Inn (accommodation available: http://scrantonseahorseinn.com/) you will find one of three town beaches, Hammonasset State Park in Madison. It is the state’s longest public beach, with campsites, picnic areas, and a fishing pier. Activities include bicycling, boating, fishing, hiking, picnicking and swimming.

DAY TWO: 9:00-10:00AM Review, 10:00AM-12:00PM Lab, 1:00-2:00PM Lecture, 2:30-4:30PM Lab, 4:30-5:30PM Review/Q&A

If participants chose to attend all 4 episodes in this course series they will obtain an Orthopedics Level 1 Certification

Upon completion the clinician will have a worldly knowledge of common orthopedic, post-surgical, and complex upper extremity conditions. They will have the the ability to apply Traditional Chinese Medical Theory to manage Orthopedic conditions proficiently and confidently.
